Design Makers is a product printing company, so for this if you have ordered any product from our website, then you have to send pictures related to that product, for this use registerd email or mobile number. By using that email or mobile number you can send pictures. If you do not know how many images to send, you can contact us and ask.

Delivery Information

Your order will be accepted after you provide the picture. Your order will be canceled if you do not provide an image within 24 hours.

Free Delivery

Anywhere in Patna Delivery is free.

We deliver the order within 3-4 days from order day.

After sending pictures Verification is completed then you have to do the Payment.

If you get any fake call or any OTP or personal information related call and if they say they are from design makers, please don't give any information to them because design makers don't ask you anything and don't know about these things mail us immediately.

User Account and Password

If You use the Platform, You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and You shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your Display Name and Password. You agree that if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, We shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership on the Platform.

Forget Password

When you forgot your password, and you send request to forgot password then we send your current password to your registered email. If you are not using that registered email then immediately contact us we will try to help you.

Verify Email

As a user of Design Maker you need to verify that any information you are providing to us is correct, we need to verify that all of your information is correct. For this we send OTP to your email which you are using on Design Makers and you have to verify that OTP.

Mobile Number

We use your mobile number to provide any necessary information or to communicate with you, which we use for any questions about the delivery of the product. And whenever we contact you we do not take OTP or any other information from you which you are using on the website or not, we only need your name and address.
